Overview
During Manchester's £800 million city centre redevelopment, Sadler’s Yard was reimagined as a striking new public realm space, forming a key part of the North West’s largest mixed-use regeneration scheme at the heart of the city’s NOMA district. The square introduced expansive new paved areas, designed to enhance pedestrian movement and create a flexible, multi-use public space.
Our Contribution
Following the installation of a mixed palette of granite, Burlington Westmorland green natural stone, and Raj Royal Grey paving units, our team was engaged as a specialist trail partner to work alongside the installation contractor. We undertook a comprehensive post-construction cleaning programme, which included the removal of surface contaminants, grout haze, and construction residues. This process ensured the integrity and finish of the newly laid paving was fully restored to specification, in preparation for project completion and client handover.
