Holland Park Gate at 261 Kensington High Street is a landmark luxury residential development, positioned directly opposite the expansive Holland Park. Comprising four elegant buildings arranged around a landscaped central courtyard, the development offers over 70 meticulously designed residences. The outdoor spaces at Holland Park Gate feature a refined mix of high-quality paving, combining hand-worked natural stone with precision-laid granite and clay paviours. These materials were chosen for their durability and elegant finish, creating a polished and timeless look throughout the entranceways and courtyard areas.

Our Contribution

As part of the final presentation phase at Holland Park Gate, we were engaged to deliver a specialist post-construction clean spanning 700m² of granite and clay paviours, readying the site for high-end viewings. During installation, the paving had developed a typical grouting bloom and residue, which required expert attention to remove. Our objective was to elevate all entranceways and front-facing areas to match the exceptional standard of the development. Through a meticulous deep clean, we restored the stone’s original colour and clarity, transforming the paved surfaces into a polished, high-impact feature that reflected the luxury and precision of the wider architectural design—ensuring the project made a flawless first impression.
